These Terms govern your access to and use of the UniLife mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and be able to enter into a binding agreement. Certain discounts or features are available only to eligible students or graduates and may require verification.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
We may ask for an institutional email address, education details, or supporting documentation to verify eligibility. Verification does not guarantee that every partner will accept your status, and we may repeat or withdraw verification if information is inaccurate, expired, or cannot be confirmed.
Offers are supplied by third-party brands and may be subject to separate eligibility rules, availability, exclusions, expiry dates, and partner terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, UniLife is not the seller of the products or services offered by partners and does not control their fulfilment, returns, warranties, or pricing.
We try to keep offer information accurate, but partners may change or withdraw an offer without notice. You should review the partner’s terms before making a purchase.
You must not:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant UniLife a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content.
We may remove content or restrict interactions when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.
Some features may request access to your camera, photos, microphone, location, Bluetooth, or notifications. Those features are optional and depend on permissions you control through your device settings.
The Services, excluding user content and third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to UniLife and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The Services are provided with reasonable care, but third-party offers, links, products, and services remain the responsibility of their providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniLife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, or business operations. We will publish the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
